HONEY OOLONG TEA
Honey Oolong tea is grown on mountain Ali Shan in Jiayi County, with an elevation of 1,200 meters above sea level. The processing of this tea is similar to Oriental Beauty oolong, in which the farmers let the leafhoppers known as jassids' nibble on the leaves before harvesting for production. The tea leaves starts Oxidizing once the jassids havenibbled on the leaf edges. The leaves are then semi-fermented and baked, producing a unique roasted honey aroma and a sweet lingering after taste.Net weight: 150g
